Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your name and email address, and a password if you register directly. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and a provider account identifier — not your social-account password.
• Photos you upload. The images you submit to be transformed into artwork.
• Generated artwork. The images our service creates from your uploads.
• Order and shipping information. For physical prints, the recipient name and shipping address you provide.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we retain limited details such as a payment token, card brand, and last four digits to manage your orders and subscriptions.
• Usage data. Basic analytics and device/log information (such as pages viewed and actions taken) to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create your account and authenticate you (including via Google, Apple, or Facebook login).
• To generate artwork from the photos you upload and deliver your digital downloads.
• To fulfil and ship physical print orders.
• To process payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
• To send transactional email (order confirmations, account notices).
• To secure, maintain, and improve the service, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models for other purposes.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share information only as needed with vendors that help us run EverKeepsake:

• OpenAI — AI image generation from your uploaded photos.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Prodigi — printing and shipping of physical orders (receives recipient name and shipping address).
• Cloudflare (R2) — secure storage of images and files.
• Resend — sending transactional email.
• Google, Apple, Facebook — only if you choose to sign in with them.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data retention

We keep your account information, uploads, generated artwork, and order history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain records (for example, payment and order records) longer where required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data as described below, except for records we are legally required to keep.

5. How to delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time:

• Email privacy@everkeepsake.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
• We will verify your request and delete your account, uploaded photos, and generated artwork, and disconnect any linked Google, Apple, or Facebook login.
• We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited records (such as payment and order history) may be retained where required by law, and backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove EverKeepsake from your Facebook account’s app settings to revoke access; email us to also delete data already collected.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@everkeepsake.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and promptly address issues if they arise.

8. Children’s privacy

EverKeepsake is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
