Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask EverKeepsake (operated by Sledge Dev Inc) to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly how.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@everkeepsake.com from the email address associated with your EverKeepsake account.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
- We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before acting on it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information.
- The photos you uploaded and the artwork generated from them.
- Any linked social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook) is disconnected.
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. A limited set of records — such as payment and order history — may be retained where required by law (for example, for tax and accounting), and backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
If you signed in with Facebook
You can remove EverKeepsake from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites to revoke access. To also delete the data we already collected, email privacy@everkeepsake.com as described above.
